Showed up at 10:45 for an 11:00 oil change. Was told my car would be ready in 2 hours or less. Claimed he had been on an hour long lunch and my car was ready. I paid the bill and that's when the B.S. started. He spent 20 minutes pretending to run around and look for my keys. Then I pushed him to tell me what was going on with my car. Felt like something had happened and they didn't want to tell me. Daniel gave me the run around for another hour before finally I was forced to go into the shop and get my car myself. When I did find my car the rear view mirror (they claim somehow fell off my windshield) was sitting on the passenger seat of my car. They apparently spent 2 1/2 hours trying to re-attach it with GLUE. For whatever reason, and I don't know how many of their mechanics were standing around trying to figure out how to install a rear view mirror on a 2019 Chrysler 300, but apparently no one could figure it out. Broke my rearview mirror and not even competent enough to figure out how to re-install it. This place is a joke! Left messages for the Service Manager as well as the General Manager Tevita Taukeiahyo. I still have not received even a courtesy call to try to offer a resolution or offer fix my mirror (which I would rather pay another dealership than give the Hemet CDJR service department clowns the opportunity to break something else). I have been bringing my car here for service for over 3 years. It is obvious the new crew could care less about customer service. More
Would give zero if I could. On April 1st, I leased a brand new 2026 Ram 1500 and within 24 hours it developed a safety-related issue affecting the blind spot monitoring system. The vehicle has already been back to in service three times for the same problem, with no resolution in sight. When I showed up for the replacement vehicle I was offered by the General Manager, the one provided did not match the features of the truck I originally leased. I was then told my options were to reverse the whole deal and take my old vehicle back, wait indefinitely for repairs, or choose another truck and pay more because they had none close enough to my vehicles MSRP. Expecting a customer to accept fewer features or higher payments to correct a defective brand new vehicle is not making it right. Very disappointing experience with communication and accountability so far at this dealership. More
I wish l could give this place a minus 5 star as they deserve. Hemet Chrysler dealership advertise a 2023 Tesla Model Y for $32K but out of door they are asking 42K.. What a highway robbery. In September 2023, I purchased a 2023 Jeep Compass from this dealership, and I have been treated with the utmost respect from everyone that I have ever dealt with. I have dealt with several dealerships thr this dealership, and I have been treated with the utmost respect from everyone that I have ever dealt with. I have dealt with several dealerships throughout my life, and I must say that this dealership location has some of the best people that I have ever dealt with. The professionalism and kindness I have experienced from everyone there has been nothing short of exceptional. This includes the sales personnel, the finance department, and the service department. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. I would also like to specially thank Roger Martinez, Denise Ennen, and Diego Rivera in the service department for always giving me top notch service! More
