After spending the day from 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM by the time we got out of there, the car's Navigation system never did work and the radio stopped working half-way home (approx 60 miles away). They were unable to pair the radio to my phone and blamed it on the phone. Neither the salesman nor anybody else followed up afterward to see if we were pleased or not. We are to date unclear about what equipment is installed in the new 2021 Pacifica Touring L. Dealer did not install front license plate. I have to drill holes through the expensive paint? What is the approximately 6-inch round hole with a clear lens for in the middle of the grill? Nothing in the user's manual nor did anybody at Hemet mention it. Can another dealer explain to us how to operate the automobile? We don't know. The individual who was supposed to show us how all of that works was eager to go home and covered nothing beyond the radio which did not work. The garage door opener does not work. Rather than drive all the way from Oceanside, CA back to Hemet we'll have to hope the dealer in Temecula will help us. We will not be recommending ANY dealership in Hemet to friends or relatives after this very unpleasant experience. More
