Bait and switch I called about a car that they were advertising for sale actually said selling price of 90,127 so I called and talked with a salesman name Richard and I called about a car that they were advertising for sale actually said selling price of 90,127 so I called and talked with a salesman name Richard and was told by him as long as its advertised on line for that price they would have to honor it so he transferred me to the sales manager and I asked I would like to purchase the car we are talking about for the price that the salesman just said we would honor and the sales manager said no Sir that car has a 50,000 dollar addendum on top of the sales price that’s not listed anywhere in the add for the car and I reminded him that the salesman I already talked to agreed on the price listed on line “selling price” the sales manager so we will not honor that price and hung up the phone on me. If that’s the type of business you want to deal with go ahead but if they can’t honor a price that their own salesman agreed to then good luck. I went in to buy a car that was advertised online for 26k when I got there they were very nice but they proceed to argue with me for hours, changing my apr and trying to force me to buy a warranty that they claimed I couldn't get financed unless I bought it. That is not only not true, it's illegal! They kept me waiting for 5 hours until I finally left. I called the next day because while I was negotiating I didnt know the "dealer warranty scam" google it! I explained that I knew I didn't have to buy the warranty to get financed and they backtracked because they could have been being recorded( I wasn't recording but i should have) they said that what they meant was it was best for them as a dealer if I bought it but I didn't have to. Great I said, then when can I come in and buy the car for the agreed price?! They proceeded to tell me another person was buying the car, later confirming it was in fact SOLD! Well I had my fiance and others confirm that day and a week later that the car was NOT SOLD! They lied so they could sell it to their next victim with the warranty! I took my business over to Ontario Jeep and not only got my car for 24k but they financed me at no money down, no warranty and a better APR in under 2 hours! I found out while I was at Ontario that Hemet ran my credit more than 10 times damaging my credit in the process! Do NOT buy from these guys, they are the nightmare dealers your dad warned you about! They will steal from you! I wish there was more I could do but write this review. What they did to me is illegal and I'm going to go as far as I can with this, they should not be in business! Please go take your hard earned money somewhere else and make a fair deal! I hope this helps someone out there! More

Prices are a scam! What you see is not what you'll get! The bait is the price listed after rebates, the switch is: "Price may not include dealer installed equipment". The "may" includes over 2k of stuff you didn't ask for and can't turn down. Things like $300 in wheel locks. So I asked how a $25 part is worth $300, they told me labor. That's Mopar wheels locks at $23-$50 retail (online), plus labor to remove and replace one lug from each wheel. $1000 for the alarm upgrade, yeah pass and my favorite, $1000 in Nitrogen for the tires. Yes, the most abundant gas on our planet, which is free at most tire places (Costco, even for non-members) is $1000. After I felt the need to make them aware of the Nitrogen supply available, they told me it's part of the roadside assistance. Towards the end, I asked when they would be getting more of my vehicle, to which they said next week. I asked for the internet price listed and that none of that stuff be installed. The response was, "We need to make a little money". If you advertise a stock number and vin at a specific price, that price should be the selling price. "May" is not "May" if it always occurs. More
