Great People - No Pressusre Team After successfully putting two children through college, as a single mom, and both on their way to being productive adults, it was finally my turn After successfully putting two children through college, as a single mom, and both on their way to being productive adults, it was finally my turn to get the vehicle I had wanted for sometime. I owned my previous vehicle for 12 years! I came into the process doing my due diligence in knowing exactly what I wanted. I did test drives, spent 8 online hours comparing pricing, features, miles, checking out retailers like Carmax etc. Once I knew what I wanted Miguel at Hemet CDJR was the first to send information to me. The first offer I was given was great. I asked for the window sticker, Miguel sent it to me within 3 minutes! Slowly other dealerships started emailing me. Unfortunately, the communications I got from them were so generic and gave me no assurance that they could match or beat the offer that I got from Miguel. I sent these other dealerships the actual sticker and offer I was given, so I was taken as a serious buyer. At Hemet CDJR, I was met with Jake. During the entire process he was sincerely a pleasure to deal with. Jake showed me only the vehicle that I came in to see, pulled it out and went through it with me. I was the one who noticed another Jeep that I liked better, which is the one I ended up purchasing. One thing that I really liked about working with Hemet CDJR was that Jake was my "salesperson", I was then introduced to Jose who was the "bottom line guy". I worked with Jose who I felt really worked hard to get me as close to the final number that my budget could allow. I stayed in the main showroom with Jake and Jose came to me. I WAS NEVER STUCK IN A SMALL OFFICE AND PRESSURED TO TAKE AN OFFER. I always dreaded hearing a salesperson say, "what figure would it take you to drive this vehicle off our lot". Once we agreed on a number, time to work with Chris for the finance portion which did require a small office, but that is understandable since we are talking about personal information and finances. Chris did the majority of the paperwork before I sat down in the office, so it moved quickly. Chris knew exactly what he was doing, answered all my questions (I had a lot). I left the dealership with a better vehicle that I thought I would going in, that met my budget, a newly washed vehicle and a full tank of gas. Jake was even kind enough to take my personalized license plate covers off my trade-in, and put them on my new red Jeep, and take a picture of me behind the wheel. My children had wanted that all day! Thanks Guys! More
