My trade in has not been paid off and no one seems to be in a hurry to call me about it. Worst experience ever, not to mention the day I bought the truck we had to go to Lake dealership and our car we took broke down and began to smoke. I pushed it through an intersection because Rex was unable to remain cool and think clearly. All I want is to get my heavy duty floor mats, or a check to cover the cost so I can buy my own and be done with this dealership. I will never buy a vehicle here again nor will I recommend them to anyone, unless this is all made right. xxxx I was even told I'd get 2 years of free maintenance for my troubles, but then the dealer reneged on the deal and only gave me one year. What kind of place makes an offer to right a wrong then takes it away? Hemet dodge does. Jose is a poor manager, Rex is a poor salesman.
