Purchased certified used Jeep. 2017 with 36 k New salesman (don’t remember his name) was good but the more experienced ones took over and intentionally left out details about the vehicle such as i New salesman (don’t remember his name) was good but the more experienced ones took over and intentionally left out details about the vehicle such as it was a rental until I was signing paperwork. I do not know there names. The finance guy seemed to be good and helpful. I am not sure who was responsible for what, but the vehicle was half xxx cleaned and damage was visible once it was. It had some dents on the drivers side. I also realized it was missing the cover for the back cargo area and the tires didn’t match! It has been about 3 mos and I am still waiting for tags. They continued to remind me what a good deal I got but I paid what was advertised (same price everyone sells it for) plus dealer add ons like a useless aftermarket security system I didn’t want they put on all the vehicles with a huge mark up. They say that no purchasing it was not an option. It took many calls and weeks just to get that information and the warranty info I was promised. I will not be buying from this dealership again. More

Bad Service I regret having purchased my Jeep here. Everyone was super nice when they were trying to get me to buy one but after I did, the service has been terri I regret having purchased my Jeep here. I previously owned a Nissan purchased at the dealership next door, owned by pedder as well and the staff was friendly and answered all my questions. Everyone here is cold and there is always an issue when I come (not with my jeep, with my service). This particular instance, I called a day ahead to confirm I had a free oil change left on the extended warranty I purchased and the woman on the phone confirmed it. I live in Murrieta, about 35-40 minutes away. I get there and am informed that I don't and the best he can do is offer me 10% off. I needed the oil change so I said sure, whatever. I would prefer to only have my dealership work on my car but if i feel like I'm a burden to have my car running smoothly, I'll go where i feel comfortable. I don't know what changed between my initial conversation and me checking out, but they ended up comping the oil change and saying they would investigate it. There is nothing to investigate, a mistake was made on their end and I was made to pay for it. That was nice but initially I was very upset and still am by the experience. Now that I know I don't have any more service that will be covered there, i will not be returning. More

Disappointed I have came in 3 times to have my car serviced. The last 2 times my tires were not rotated and it is on the invoice. When I came in for this service i I have came in 3 times to have my car serviced. The last 2 times my tires were not rotated and it is on the invoice. When I came in for this service it was mentioned that they were not rotated on my last service. I know because I have a plug in one of my tires. I was told it wasn’t an issue and it would be done. I unfortunately did not look when I left expecting it was done to come home and the tire is still in the same place. I have also been waiting on a backorder of my defective windshield since 10-29-18. I have called and asked and have always been told I would get a return call on the status and have not had one return call to date. I have even called jeep and they said my information was not entered correctly in the system by the dealer when I purchased my jeep. I believe this is the hang up but still also awaiting a phone call from jeep on the status. I’m am frustrated by the delay of the windshield and also the tires not being rotated 2 visits in a row. Not good customer service. I have never heard of someone waiting 7 plus months for the outcome of something that is defective when car was purchased. This is beyond ridiculous and disappointing. More
