Can't get a call back I bought a week ago today, and it was easy to get a hold of my salesperson later that day when I couldn't start my vehicle. I have since been trying to contact him to find out when I can get my spray on bed liner installed and now I can't get a call back. I have asked if anyone else can help me and they were not able, so they said. I was originally scheduled to work with Marlon, but he scheduled me on his day off. When he was called he denied it, but it was on the board along with a another appointment after me. My sales person was Sean Jean-Louis, he replaced the woman that had to leave in the middle of showing me the trucks. However, your parts department was GREAT, they did not lie or beat around the bush. They found the mirrors I wanted installed, I don't remember the finance guys name, but he made sure that the mirrors were added to the purchase order. So I am waiting, and my check still has not been deposited even though the money has been there since Tuesday ( a day earlier our agreement). More

Answered all of our questions. He was down to earth, personable, and real. He was not pushy at all. Very knowledgeable and didn't care to make money off of you. The whole staff and experience was perfect. I got a great car from a great dealership. The only thing that I would change is the time it took. We got there at 713 to look at the vehicle and didn't leave until 1050. Other than that I will buy from them again!!!!! More
