All the sales reps seemed to be doing a great job at helping customers and even checking in on us to make sure everything was going good. The ads got me in and the deal got me to buy same day. There was a huge bump in the road at one point that left me upset and bothered but I must say that Ernie and all the managers did a great job clearing up the misunderstanding and making it all work in the end. Waits were super long for every step in the process. Over 7 hours from entering the dealership to the time the deal was done. All that being said, I truly believe that everyone here has good intentions and are striving to create a good customer experience. If I didn’t believe this deep down inside I would have left when things went bad. I would recommend giving them a chance if your in the market for a Dodge or Jeep and definitely ask for Max Arce to help you out. More
