Here at Hemet it took. E-mailing to get Best Offer: receiving a quote that was a few hundred dollars higher than there advertised price, with discounts that they had no idea if I would qualify for. E-mailing to get a more accurate quote which I received from a different person much the same, I doubted if it was correct Calling asking for the person who had sent the quote and get passed to someone else who after I explained what had been happening I wanted a “Best Offer” an get another quote somewhat higher than the last with what looked like the discounts that removed After going over offers called back once again to verify the offer and that all fees, tax’s Ect. Were included an received a text that everything was included Decided that they had the “Best Deal” I call back again and that being all of this was based on this being a “cash deal” (which had been discussed the entire time) asked how to make arrangements for payment and to purchase the vehicle. Was told while on the phone they would call back with the best options. THE BEST PART! : Later I receive an E-mail (not a phone call) “I apologize for not knowing this. I just spoke with my manager right now and the price of this car is $xx,xxx + 11% of the tax title license and DMV fees + Dealer installed addons 2497= total is $ xx,xxx” ($2497 higher than I been quoted numerous times) This happened; I had all ready declined other offers from dealers which were better offers, Called to complain, just minutes after getting the E-mail was told the salesman already went home, ask to talk to a manager the person on the phone ask for a reason why, gave them a brief description the said “OK” “ Oh wait I forgot I’m a manager , Then asked to talk to whoever would be in charge after my many unpleasant words his synopses was “ It was just a mistake those thing happen” My synopses: THIS IS UNPROFESSIONAL AS IT GETS More

Spare tire mount repair I would have given the service center a 5 except for the fact that I had to return to the dealership twice to get the repair completed. The replacemen I would have given the service center a 5 except for the fact that I had to return to the dealership twice to get the repair completed. The replacement part needed to be powder-coated before installation which required another trip. This could have been avoided by a simple verification before scheduling the service.
