It was in the contract as Karr security system, I had them take it out, only too have it put back in as a dealer transfer fee, then was told it was a transaction fee. I would have walked out had this not been a replacement through FCA. It took the sales manager almost 2 months too even do my paperwork, meanwhile the car I had on hold was priced ridiculously low right on their newspaper fliers, at a price they would never sell it at.. BUYER BEWARE for sure. They messed up the paperwork twice. I was told not too worry about the payment, which now has almost 200 in late fees. So the vehicle they were supposed too buy back I still owe on, directly because they are incompotent.. More

My 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee rear ended by inattentive motorist , causing extensive damage to his car, my car and the car in front of me.. It was the third time I had been rear ended in the last seven years and I had become superstitious about the car being jinxed. I had to overcome my resistance to car payments and decided to buy a 2015 Grand Cherokee Limited with 46K miles on the odometer. My past experiences when buying a car had been less than pleasant and I frankly was not looking forward to another encounter. However, meeting up with Brandy Maynes at the dealership completely altered my perception and pre-notion. She came across as sincere, empathetic, a good listener and still a salesperson. She showed genuine interest in helping me purchase. I’m going mention Carlos Ackierman in the Service department. Although not involved in the sale process, was his usual courteous self when the car needed some after-sale services to the car. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! STAY AWAY FROM THESE LIERS! Hands down the most unorganized, worthless, xxxx out there. I was looking for a vehicle and sent a message to one of the sales people I found on thei Hands down the most unorganized, worthless, xxxx out there. I was looking for a vehicle and sent a message to one of the sales people I found on their website. I received a response within minutes and then crickets. Nobody would respond or call me back so I reached out to the GM who quickly responded to me. Within an hour I received a text message from someone providing me with the information I requested and then crickets! So I reach back out the GM and told him that a certain individual texted me then never called me back and I wanted to make the deal. I got a call from that person who then claimed it was not him who sent the message and he doesn't know who did. Oddly, when I provided the number, nobody knew who it was! Long story short, I went through 5-7 different people all with different stories and wasted hours of my time. It's my fault for giving them opportunity after opportunity but I had a fair deal in mind but nobody would call me back! When they did call me back, they accused me of being the one not responding and not "taking the deal when you had it" Amazing that they could even sell a car with that attitude. 1 day later, I got not only the deal I was looking for, but an even better deal and that process took me less than 4 hours over the emails and text! Stay away from Ernie, Francisco and Jesus. More
