Pathetic Impossible to get a hold of management. My truck sat for 5 days so they could “flush” the transmission fluid. Didn’t even drop the pan and replace the Impossible to get a hold of management. Was supposed to have recalls done andnon the 5th day they finally told me that the parts weren’t there and they needed to order. Plus the 150$ “diagnosis” Absolutely pathetic service department. 350 dollars for 10 minutes of work and kept my truck for 5 days and didn’t even complete the tasks. More

Went out of their way I went in for an oil change, and the computer didn't show that I have 3 oil changes due to me. The service guy I was dealing with (sorry his name sli I went in for an oil change, and the computer didn't show that I have 3 oil changes due to me. The service guy I was dealing with (sorry his name slips my mind) went out of his way to find my contract to make sure I did get my free oil change, which allowed me to up grade to full synthetic oil.. They always treat me right, and that's why I keep coming back to them. Plus the Ram 1500 is the best 1/2 Ton truck... Period. More
