So, I'm giving 4 stars because of what I observed the last time I was there. While I was waiting for my car I decided to walk the lot & I noticed a sales man talking/yelling to one of the employees who retrieve the cars from the lot. He spoke to this guy in a very demeaning/disrespectful manner. In my opinion, no matter the business, you should never speak to a coworker in that tone or allow a customer to see such a thing. Car is still not fix I have been to the service department now twice for the same problem and was told that the car does give out power, but the computer says their is not I have been to the service department now twice for the same problem and was told that the car does give out power, but the computer says their is nothing wrong. My car still stall and Dodge Chrysler service department did nothing about it. I also had to wait 30 minutes before anyone asked me if I needed help. The service is very poor. More

No coffee in the morning. False advertisement with used cars on the lot. No complimentary car was. This has been down for well over 1 year. All around management is poor and this dealership needs to be reviewed by the BBB . I have purchased 2 vehicles here and am ashamed of giving them my business. Paid off my challenger, getting my gap refund was a hassle and still have not received it. (4months later and counting) More

Difficult to Talk to Service I had some work done there recently and really loved the service and the service writer JT. I had follow up work to do and parts called while I was on I had some work done there recently and really loved the service and the service writer JT. I had follow up work to do and parts called while I was on vacation to let me know parts were in, great. I explained I was on vacation and would call JT upon my return. I called on August 19th to speak with JT but was sent to voice, voice was full. Wednesday I called again but avoided calling service and selected the operator so I wouldn't end up on voice mail again and a very pleasant operator spoke with me and said she would leave JT my call back number and he would call me Thursday morning, I never received a call. Today I called the and selected service and the service operator, Ashley, answered so I said I needed to talk to JT and she responded that he wasn't available and she asked what is this regarding and I said follow up service work and that I had already called and let messages but no call back. She pushed to know what rather than accommodate me by simply forwarding the information to JT. Ashley was not very pleasant on the phone by then and had attitude apparently because I didn't want to discuss it with her, I needed to speak with JT because he helped me and was aware of the issues. I didn't like her tone with me, very poor customer service and I told her that. In frustration I said why is that so difficult to understand, let me give you my number and she said she trying to help and then hung up on me, I am super furious at this point and would like some type of follow up. I bought my car there even though the dealership is 45 min away because I have always had awesome service in purchasing or service until now, please help. More
