We were able to work the deal out over the phone and I headed into the dealer. When we arrive the truck was washed and ready for us to test drive. After the test drive we discussed the deal and nothing had changed. They kept their word and out of the deal within two hours from arrival. It was a great experience with and would definitely go back in the future to buy another FCA vehicle. More

When Nancy and I finally came to a decision on the make, model and price, she scheduled a appointment for me with a wonderful gentleman named Marlon Matthews. I ran late for my appointment being a senior and driving slow, but as I walked in Marlon caught my eye, waved and came over to me right away. I told him Nancy and I have talked for weeks and I know what I wanted. He introduced me to the most professional and kind salesman I've ever met.. Jacob Woods. This was because Marlon was the manager not a salesperson. BOTH Marlon and Jacob sat with me and we went over all the details. Went for a test drive and Jacob drove for me because I explained to him I felt intimidated driving a new car myself. The best part was I had two trucks in my final decision and couldn't decide, so Jacob being the wonderful salesman that he is parked them both SIDE BY SIDE so it would be easier to compare the two. Decision made; Marlon suggested the extended warranties and additional insurances policies and add-on's, which I declined to purchase being much more money. There was no pressure put on me to buy these things. Victor Porras the paperwork guy, took his time and put all my options in writing so I could compare all the final prices.
