New Dodge Ram Truck I had a scheduled appointment with James West and had been emailing back and forth prior to my apt date and time. Upon arrival I was told that James d I had a scheduled appointment with James West and had been emailing back and forth prior to my apt date and time. Upon arrival I was told that James doesn't even work that day and those are automatic responses by the Dealership, not the person? Very disappointing to say the least. Numerous people tried to help me and said they would take care of our needs. After waiting almost an hour for someone to show us the truck we came to see they appeared with a completely different truck. We finally were getting help from Salesman Daniel. Since you did not have the truck we were told would be there we picked out a 2020 model that was a bit more. We liked dealing with Daniel and the finance guy " I forget his name" at the end of our transaction. They were both very professional and down to earth. We dealt with a Mgr that I don't see listed anywhere down below and if he was the only one we dealt with we would of gone somewhere else. Pushy, Pushy,Pushy,Pushy until he found out that I was putting down $35,000. Thank you Daniel and Victor for a good experience. Mark Hodges More
