Sold a defective Ram 1500 "Brand New" Unfortunately I have to put 1 star otherwise I would put zero... Simply put they have sold me a defective truck. 1.5 weeks after buying a brand new truck from these guys, the truck complete shuts down while driving on the main freeway. Emergency lights weren't even working. The truck gets towed to lake Elsinore which is their sister dealer. The service guy says it's the Body Control Module that has failed. From what I understand that is a major system failure .... So the solution is to replace the part!!!! On a brand new 2 week old car that has less and 300 miles on it. There is no guarantee that this is not going to happen again. I have contacted the Hemet dealership ( sales dept) multiple times to only get a response that is " the car is at lake Elsinore service dept.... its for them to deal with... I need to contact them" I keep getting bounced between Hemet and Lake Elsinore. As a customer who just purchased the car and discovers its was sold with a major defect, I feel they have not at all tried to resolve this. When you call interested in buying a car, they are quick to call multiple times with extensive follow ups, but when a defect is identified on a new car they sell.... then the lack of service really shines. We attempted to contact the owner, operations manager, general manager, emailing them with a detailed account of our situation, they have yet to reply. These guys only care about getting you off the lot as quickly as possible with a car and don't care resolving the issues at hand in an appropriate manner!!! More

Unorganized The final product was done correctly. However, upon arriving for the appointment set up by the dealership upon purchase of a Jeep, my wife was initia The final product was done correctly. However, upon arriving for the appointment set up by the dealership upon purchase of a Jeep, my wife was initially told they would not be able to do the service, because of miscommunication between sales and service. My wife was told I may have to come back and reschedule for another day. Eventually, the issue was worked out with Diego in service, and completed at the time initially agreed upon during the vehicle purchase. Issue was not actually with service, it was with whoever made the appointment and didn't coordinate with service. More
