Having had bad experiences with the Gosch dealerships in the same complex, I was very hesitant about using Hemet Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership. My thoughts were, once burned, not going to let it happen again! Needless to say, my fears with this company have been for nothing. This visit was nothing short of phenomenal as were my previous visits! Many thanks to Service Advisor Jessica Gonzonlez and the mechanic who completed the work (oil change, tire rotation, fuel filter change) I needed done on this visit. Not only did Jessica help me with the service I needed done but she is going to work with me on warranty repairs on our next trip to California. That says it all, great customer service! More
