Overall not great I called the dealer about a dozen times spoke to 4 different sales reps and requested information via the website about the same amount of times with I called the dealer about a dozen times spoke to 4 different sales reps and requested information via the website about the same amount of times with no response to my questions. I finally called the branch manager directly and was able to make a deal with him after 3 days of trying. I dont think i was taken seriously before which was very disappointment. I will give xxxxxxthough to the Branch manager and the sales rep that finally helped me. they got the job done. the only other thing that was weird is that i didnt want to pay fo the already installed anti theft system so it was disabled and still left in the jeep. I dont understand this if your going to just let me have it why not let me use it???? More
