Poor customer communication We were called by the service dept because the part we needed was in. We were given a day and time to show up, but when we arrived there was no appoin We were called by the service dept because the part we needed was in. We were told the man in charge wasn't in for another half hour and we were then left waiting with no information at all as to the status of the service. We finally went to the front to find that the work was done and no one bothered to tell us. On another occasion we were called by the service dept and told, in an icy tone, that we had missed an appointment. We had in fact, kept the appointment and the work was done. More

We left Sunday night, Manager Tommy approved Anthony to deliver the suv to us on Sunday - that didn't go after all, Tommy authorized Anthony to take $500.00 from the $2500.00 down pymt if we returned on Monday - so we did and spent another 4 hours there until we finished with Shannon in financing. She as well seemed very tired and distraught. Over all the sale was done, and the trail hawk was missing a tow hitch cord, so he ran off and found one for us. More
