Great truck, not so great dealership I tried like heck to purchase online...completely useless. They just ignored me. I spoke with a sales person, then the internet manager and finally I tried like heck to purchase online...completely useless. They just ignored me. I spoke with a sales person, then the internet manager and finally a finance manager after about 14 calls to them. I searched for the particular truck I wanted and they had it. Ultimately I had to go to the dealership (over an hour from my house), drove the truck, settled on price etc. Then waited 4 hours to get into financing...ugh! Once the truck was delivered at 9:30 at night, they failed to provide me the carpet floor mats noted on the window sticker...never got them. Overall not so great experience...what's worse is that I don't think they care so this review is probably meaningless to them. Hope this helps folks looking to buy a Dodge/Jeep...this was my experience. It's two months later, no one from the dealership has ever reached out to me about anything...nothing! Not the sales guy, not a manager...zilch... good luck... More
