If I could give less than 1 star I would. Horrible unorganized dealership. We bought a used car from them and first didn’t even get to see the car it was locked up even though we had an appt to look a unorganized dealership. Second the battery was dead, no big deal they said it would be replaced. Second time going in to pick up our car and was told battery was new… not really. I show them it was still dead and the battery wasn’t replaced after they told me it was new. So we could wait any longer and I took the car and just replaced it at home. They told me it would I would be paid back and here it’s a month and half and still no payment. Next the paperwork for our loan and warranty they gave us on the night we bought it was for a someone else. They gave us someone else’s private information. Now it’s and months half and still no paperwork, no payment and couple more things. We have called them so many time and told the manager will call and she never does. How is this dealership still in business? More
