I got a remanufactured engine installed. When I left dealership after install and got on the freeway with vehicle a red lighting bolt warning came up on dash. Car started stalling, speed dropped drastic dealership after install and got on the freeway with vehicle a red lighting bolt warning came up on dash. Car started stalling, speed dropped drastically and would not accelerate over 40 miles per hour. I had to get off the freeway and have vehicle towed back to dealer to find out the throttle was not connected properly. Vehicle was not test drove on freeway after repair. This was very scary and dangerous and could've caused a serious collision on the freeway. More

Honest mistake with the Service Advisor who wrote the service repair up. He was had the understanding that the dealership used 100% synthetic for diesel engine oil changes. We had a very long and unsatisfactory experience with this dealership. They had our vehicle for over 7 weeks. The first service person, Vanessa was easy to deal with and we felt like she really cared a this dealership. They had our vehicle for over 7 weeks. The first service person, Vanessa was easy to deal with and we felt like she really cared about how long it was taking to find the problem. Suddenly we a new service person to deal with. He was not very knowledgeable about our situation and tried to cover himself by lying to us. After several calls that they were unsure of the problem we suddenly received a phone to pick up the truck and it was fixed. The problem they found and fixed was the same we were previously told wasn’t the problem. So whatever they did to stop the drain on the battery is fixed but we really aren’t sure what was done. We expressed our displeasure with the assistant service manager. He promised to call us the following week with a more detailed explanation of what was done. We never received that call. The wait to just get an appointment was 2 weeks. So the wait included we were without our vehicle for over 9 weeks. What kind of customer service is that. To make matters worse during the time our truck was in for service our car would not start. We had to have it towed to the same dealership. We were without transportation then. The original service person arranged for a loaner. My husband missed an appointment for skin cancer surgery because of it. It took then over a week to tell us it was only a bad battery on a car only 2 1/2 years old. Bad products bad service have left us very unhappy and wondering if we need to change the make of car and truck we drive. More
