I called for an appointment and verbalized the need for a rental car. I was told by Mr Akers that Enterprise was adjacent to your annex. I came in and dropped off the car and went to enterprise car rental a rental car. I was told by Mr Akers that Enterprise was adjacent to your annex. I came in and dropped off the car and went to enterprise car rental and was told that they didn’t have a prior reservation for us. We would have to wait about 4 hours for a turn in. I’m a senior veteran and have spinal pain awaiting surgery, I had to struggle in pain walking with a stick We had to taxi across town to Budget/Avis.. I’m asking that the service reps be more aware of transportation issues when they process a client and take their vehicle. If calling Enterprise and making an appointment we would not have to be told to wait hour on end. Overall Leo was kind and professional More

Really wonderful staff. Mitchell, the sales manager is very active & involved which I found refreshing. Jerry was amazing & so helpful. Receptionists were great, finance people were great. However the dealership itself felt a bit overcrowded with inventory. Overall experience was good and I would recommend them. Unfortunately I don’t have business cards from any of them as no one offered them. I got Tony’s because I asked for it. The names are listed below but very few of them have photos which is a bit of a shame if they’re wanting us to review them. As customers we can’t remember everyone’s names of course, photos of all would help a lot. In the end, they went above and beyond to help me, so I truly appreciate that. More
