I took my grand Cherokee in for a recall for emissions and was helped by Valentino. My wife took the Jeep in and asked if they could change a bulb in one of the headlights as well as changing the nozzles and was helped by Valentino. She also asked to check the power seats for they make a popping sound every now and then. We were charged $250.00 dollars for a bulb plus labor which I believe was $150in addition to a $150 diagnostic of our power seat. Service tech literally sat in my seat flicked a couple of switches and charged us $150 for nothing. Seats worked fine he said, Ridiculous! I called Jeep back to file a complaint of grievance and spoke with Diego who waved the the $150 for diagnostic of seat. Still it was overpriced experience. Prior experience with Jeep has been great when dealing with Jessica. When I picked up my Jeep they had to jump it because the battery was dead, never had an issue before Hemet Jeep got their hands on it. Needless to say I was overcharged once again for a new battery. It’s a shame because both my wife and I love our Jeep! More
