Service techs were nice. Waiting area is decent. I’m used to going to luxury dealerships. Where they have starbucks coffee and wash your car after each service (free or not) so this experience was different. to going to luxury dealerships. Waiting period was less than an hour so I was in and out. I did not like the fact that my service advisor didn’t walk me to my car to go over everything that was done and remove the plastic and paper floor mats from the jeep. I had to remove that on my own and find the nearest trash bin. More
