Hemet Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Unfortunately it did not go as we thought.. we made an appt in which we thought they would handle the oil change right away? My wife and my 1 year old son had to be picked up because they took 6.5 hours t appt in which we thought they would handle the oil change right away? My wife and my 1 year old son had to be picked up because they took 6.5 hours to perform an oil change! Almost a full day for an oil change?. There was no rental car or substitute offered too my wife and child to get home... we had to call a family member to pick them up.. I would really hate for them to have to work on my truck it might be gone for months. Our console screen glitches every 50 times approx it turns on and nothing works.. it’s a well known issue nationwide and they acted like we were crazy and asked us to video it next time.. it’s a brand new $72,000 truck.. I bought the extended warranty and I really thought they would of changed it out? Instead they are making us do the investigation and homework of videoing of the problem!! That’s un fortunate especially they are aware it’s a known issue.. I am also going to write a letter to the owner or GM of the dealership.. that’s just not right and it should of been replaced! So much for customer service these days.. Thank you More
