Customer service was friendly. Danny was my service advisor. 2 complaints in addition to the services provided, I was supposed to be getting my door module reflashed so my lights on my mirrors work. The other issue, after I drove my truck for about 50 miles I received multiple error codes. P026C, P0420, and P1297. After looking up the codes and noticing it seemed like there was a common denominator of and imbalance between air and fuel ratios I decided to pop the hood and see what I can find. Low and behold, my intake wasn’t connected. After I connected my intake and cleared the codes there have been no issues for about 2,000 miles now. Im just glad I was able to resolve this issue thus far by myself because my truck was already in the shop for about 3 weeks. More
