I reached out to this dealership through their website looking to buy a 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I received a call back from Lily and she was helpful in answering some of my questions. There was significant rebates and discounts on this car and my trade was negative so I was looking to take advantage of that. I asked to please have her manager take a look at my deal and get back to me. That's when Johan reached out to me and the conversation went downhill from there. For context I purchase an average of a 1-2 vehicles per year. First Johan did not look at any of my information prior to calling me back so we started from scratch. He also did not have all the information on the rebates or discounts as I had to explain to him. When I explained they were on the website he asked if I could take a picture of them. OK? As I began to explain how the deal would be structured based on the information on their website he became very argumentative and began to debate the amount of cars he sells to how many cars I have bought in my lifetime. Very Odd conversation. When I explained that I had just purchased a 2024 RS E Tron GT and used the discounts and rebates to offset some negative his response was "that's not how it works". He became even more disrespectful and his voice more elevated. Not sure if this is his sales tactic but it seems a little out of the ordinary. For reference I went home and looked at my contract from Audi and sure enough the discounts were shown as down payment and rebates were applied which in turn offset my negative. Also after doing some research it does not appear that Johan is a sales manager. I had requested that Lily put me in touch with the sale manager as I new the deal would take some creative work. Our conversation ended with me expressing that I would just take my business elsewhere and Johan said "yes you should" and then hung up on me. I did attempt to call Lily back to request a conversation with the GM but she sis not pick up. Most likely at the direction of Johan. Very odd and unpleasant experience from the dealership that boasts about Exceptional Customer Service. More

My credit is NOT the best, GRANTED...but I'd asked for a truck or SUV UNDER $22K. The salesman assisting me was trying to sell me a used Ram 1500 e-Torque, a $51K truck! OBVIOUSLY I.didnt qualify. THEN after I left, the salesman OR sales Manager DIDN'T ever call me to follow-up or offer OTHER options or vehicles! WOW!! More

They'll claim it's that the inventory changed but the stock number and car is still there. I can only imagine how bad it would be if you drove there to speak to a salesman. I wouldn't be surprised if Jacob sells meth on the side considering he treats clients like junkies. But hey, what do you expect in hemet. More
I went in on April 28th 2024 and was helped by Jonathan in choosing the vehicle. We commuted from San Diego to purchase from Hemet, due to the price they were offering. Upon getting to the purchasing process, they said the vehicle we had pulled up and called about verifying the ad number was no longer there. We agreed on a set price and when the signing began the price no longer matched what was agreed. They has also added almost 5k extra, after down-payment was given. They couldn't resolve the matter over the phone and we had to commute again to hemet the next day to get it resolved. Then we were instructed to contact the financing group since they could no longer help, and the financing froup directed us to the dealership. We came to find out that the dealership is indeed the one responsible and lied to us. Horrible service from Jared Pruette and his sales team. I can only give a good review for Jonathan due to the information and help he gave in chosing the vehicle. Would not recommend at all. More
We went to Hemet Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram to buy a 2023 Dodge Challenger SRT Demon 170 since they said they had several. We got there in early March 2024 and they had 6 Demon 170's in their Showroom. All the adds I saw on line from them listed the 170's at MSRP when everybody else added thousands of dollars extra to the price. We saw a 170 in Plumb Crazy that we liked and the price was around $126,000. I said I want to buy it. We sat down at a desk and the Sales Lady filled out all the info and handed me the invoice with that price PLUS AN EXTRA $100,000; for a total price of $226,000. I said that's not what you advertised it for and they said there was somewhere in the fine print that the extra $100K would be added. Get on Kelly's Blue Book and look up 2023 Demon 170's for sale and you will see their price is much lower than every one else with no disclaimer. DO NOT BUY FROM HEMET CHRYSLER, DODGE, JEEP, RAM. It was over 40 miles in one direction, in traffic for us and it surely wasn't worth it. More
Yesterday I was in service waiting for my oil change to finish. Suddenly I had the urge to urinate, unfortunately yesterday I was feeling very weak. For a 75-year-old man, I get by as best as I can. But on some days, I struggle to walk and get around. A nice young man, by the name of Toni Peña saw me struggling to walk to the restroom. He was nice enough to offer to hold my hand and assist me. While other sales people just watched, laughed, not caring, this beautiful angel of a man took me under his wings, and whisked me away into the restroom. He helped me into the stall, and asked me if I was okay. I was too embarrassed to tell him no, but he knew. He knew that this prideful old man needed more help. He placed his hand gently on my trousers and helped take it out to pee, and didn’t over tap to help me get all the pee out. They should have more salesmen like Toni Pena. He wears his pants like me, so that means he has amazing style also. When I buy my next car I will only buy from him. More

Think the sales team also went above and beyond to make me feel like I’m important and special. The sales floor manager greeted me right off the bat and made me feel important. Raenea was the sales girl that helped me. She pulled a car that I said I was looking for and even put it on hold till I got there for my appointment. She was so nice and listened to me tell her about my situation and she helped me feel less overwhelmed about the whole process. The sales manager again came and helped with my deal after I picked the car I wanted and did whatever he could to get me to my money goal. I told them how much I had and were I want my payment to be. Together with the AMAZING finance team, they worked hard to get me the best deals and doing whatever they could to make that happen. This is the 3rd car I’ve bought from Hemet CDJR and recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you again for all the hard work and kindness. More
