Terrible unprofessional. Looks like your years at this industry didn't exactly help you in the customer service dept. I may not be a technician but just like I kept saying from the start of the noise my c industry didn't exactly help you in the customer service dept. I may not be a technician but just like I kept saying from the start of the noise my car was making was indeed a purge valve, and now thanks to your unprofessional ways and complete disregard of fixing my car it now needs a complete cat converter. So yeah thanks for wasting my time with YOU CAN NOT DUPLICATE MY ISSUE, now looks like you will have a bigger issue . Amatures More

First service experience for Hemborg. All dealership personnel were over the top friendly. I was greeted promptly by Tony. He listened to my concern, called me exactly when he said he would, and they personnel were over the top friendly. I was greeted promptly by Tony. He listened to my concern, called me exactly when he said he would, and they fixed my problem without any nonsense. They also washed my vehicle before I picked it up.
