I had a long running issue with a control module. Robert (service mgr) was great. He stayed on the problem until it was resolved. (this was over a number of service calls over the issue. Robert pulled in various departments to try and resolve my issue. Luis (service) was friendly and kept me informed on my truck . every step of the way. I knew the team at Hemborg Ford cared about the outcome of my truck & the problem I was having. More

Let's just say I'm not happy. I brought the truck in for a full brake system bleed and what I got if or 300 dollars is brakes that barely work. While I have had a terrible experience with Hemborg in the past, I can say this time was very pleasant. Jose was my service tech, he was great. Very straight forward and made things go smoothly.
