Awesome Experiance Note was working with 8 different Ford Dealerships looking for a new Crewcab Truck that included a V8 with a tow package. Jose Jimenez (J.J.) from Hem Note was working with 8 different Ford Dealerships looking for a new Crewcab Truck that included a V8 with a tow package. Jose Jimenez (J.J.) from Hemborg Ford was the only sales person who took the time to locate one from another dealership. He worked with the Costco auto program and made sure all available rebates were added to get us an amazing price. Worked everything out by phone. Drove an hour and half to test drive. Dealership had picked up the Truck and had it nice and clean with a full tank of gas. No hidden costs, no BS, no pressure. J.J. was such a pleasure to work with. Hubby is very happy with his new truck! Thank you Hemborg Ford, will definitely Recommend More

Terrible unprofessional. Looks like your years at this industry didn't exactly help you in the customer service dept. I may not be a technician but just like I kept saying from the start of the noise my c industry didn't exactly help you in the customer service dept. I may not be a technician but just like I kept saying from the start of the noise my car was making was indeed a purge valve, and now thanks to your unprofessional ways and complete disregard of fixing my car it now needs a complete cat converter. So yeah thanks for wasting my time with YOU CAN NOT DUPLICATE MY ISSUE, now looks like you will have a bigger issue . Amatures More
