I received my new custom ordered 2022 F250 last week and within a day the TCM failed. Being a new truck, the part was on back order for a few weeks and only a couple dealers in the US even had the part, bu within a day the TCM failed. Being a new truck, the part was on back order for a few weeks and only a couple dealers in the US even had the part, but were holding on tonthem. Believe me, i called and researched everywhere as well. Robert Quintero and Luis worked their magic and were able to source then part in several days! I appreciate all the phone calls and leg work they had to-do to get me on the road. Great Job gentlemen. More

While I have had a terrible experience with Hemborg in the past, I can say this time was very pleasant. Jose was my service tech, he was great. Very straight forward and made things go smoothly. I would not recommend coming here. I went to the dealer to get a new key fob due to me replacing battery and I could not get the shell to stay together after changing battery . I was told by mike that the to get a new key fob due to me replacing battery and I could not get the shell to stay together after changing battery . I was told by mike that the missing part was preventing it from doing so which is not true because the extra one I have has the same missing part but the shell still holds together and still Works anyway, Steve sold me the key fob and than sent me to the service department for programming. I went to the service department to get the key fob programmed and was told by a gentleman named mike that he could not get the car in today to program it and to come Back another day which was no problem. I came back today almost two weeks later to get the key fob programmed. Here is My issue, neither Mike or Steve failed to mention that there would be a extra fee for programming it and how much it would be. If I would of know this I would not Of bothered purchasing one since I had an extra key fob. These guys need to be up front with customers and let them know that there is extra fees for issues like this. If this os so hard to communicate than just include the programming fee in with the price of the key fob price. That way customers know up front what to pay. More
I had an appointment at 9:30 for an oil change. I dropped my car off at 9 am and was told it would be ready by noon. I returned at 12:30 to pick my car up and was told it wouldn’t be ready for 2.5 dropped my car off at 9 am and was told it would be ready by noon. I returned at 12:30 to pick my car up and was told it wouldn’t be ready for 2.5 more hours. I had to argue with them to get my car bumped up in line to get simple oil change completed and it still wasn’t done for almost 2 more hours. When paying, I was denied any kind of discount. They waisted my time and my sales rep sure did not care. Very disappointed with the service there. A simple oil change should be done in under an hour east especially with an appointment More
