Ordered a car with dealer installed options that were never delivered even though ford sent them to the dealership. Trying to resolve the issue the store manager lied several times that the parts were be never delivered even though ford sent them to the dealership. Frankly never had as bad of after sale dealer experience in my 50 yrs of buying cars. Run forrest! More

Purchased a vehicle from them and unfortunately had a total loss accident a couple months later. When I went to purchase my replacement vehicle, their sale manager and owner Brandon Hemborg would only t total loss accident a couple months later. When I went to purchase my replacement vehicle, their sale manager and owner Brandon Hemborg would only try to sell me a vehicle $20k above what I told them I wanted to pay. When push came to shove, I was told to go to another dealer and that they didn't need the business. Bought the Explorer the next day at another dealer. Their loss. More
