Our 2010 Miata broke down some 40 miles out of San Diego, jeopardizing a long awaited vacation weekend. The Mazda Roadside service (also great!) had the car towed to this dealership about 4PM. Keev immediat jeopardizing a long awaited vacation weekend. The Mazda Roadside service (also great!) had the car towed to this dealership about 4PM. Keev immediately took charge, notifying the dealer in out home town and setting about to get our vacation back on track. He facilitated a rental car to use while our Miata was being repaired and he had the sense of urgency to have the repairs done in record time. Keev's knowledge and experience salvaged our vacation without delaying the either the trip or the departure time. Well done! More
I bought a new Mazda Protege 5. During my first oil change, asked them to fix alignement problem which they didn't. I returned my after 20,000 while still under warranty to fix alignement problem and t change, asked them to fix alignement problem which they didn't. I returned my after 20,000 while still under warranty to fix alignement problem and they asked me to pay for problem they didn't fix the first time. My car was also having ignition problem. They pretended that battery was dead only after a year!!!! So they asked me to PAY AGAIN for new battery which I did. But ignition problem is still there after only 1 week of having new battery! The technicians are lazy and are paid under commission. Therefore, they are very Sales oriented and NOT CUSTOMER CARE oriented. I also asked them to check the amplifier on my car. The technicians said there's no amplifier on my car. The next day I had to show the service manager (Jerry Antoine) where the amplifier was. He explained me that the technicians don't make any money for these type of free services. They should remove the sign Customer Care and replace it by Aggressive Unfriendly Sales Department. Don't expect to get a good Customer Service. More
