Before I forget..My wife and I would like to say that Courtney, the service rep, was fantastic..We couldnt be more pleased the way she took care of our problem. Mazda is lucky to have someone that good and be the first impression customers get of your new dealership..

Worst dealership experience!! This dealership has actually turned me off to Mazda, which is a BIG deal because we have three Mazda’s and were looking to get a fourth. Shopped with Bob Baker in Carlsbad for last 2 cars and had great experience ...should have gone back. Heck, at least 4 friends have purchased a Mazda in past few years based on my singing the Mazda song loud and long!! Unfortunately our experience with Hello Mazda has soured my view!!
