A year ago we visited and asked questions about the 2013 CX-5 and we were treated exactly the same. With respect, a friendly manner and honesty. Me and my mom came here just before Halloween to trade in my brand new Kia Rio 2012 for a 2013 Mazda 3 and we were helped by Sam Girmai. He was very patient and very thorough with his explanations of pros and cons to aid us in our decision making and I couldn't have asked for a better service! To say he was awesome would be an understatement. A couple of days ago, my friend decided to trade in her Honda Civic 2005 for a brand new Mazda so I came back to this location and looked for Sam. My friend was working that day and had the car with her so I didn't have all the required information like her VIN number. Sam gave me his contact number and gave me an assurance that I could call him as soon as I had the VIN number. When I finally did, I gave him a call and he provided me with all the information that came up in the system about my friend's car including previous accidents and its current trade-in value. I passed those information on to my friend so she might pop up here this weekend with her old Honda. John Hine Mazda is very lucky to have an agent as efficient and helpful as Sam Girmai. It's not everyday that you see someone go out of their way to provide excellent and genuine help. More

I came back almost a week later after looking at other Mazda's from different dealer very friendly and helped me find the car I wanted to test drive. I came back almost a week later after looking at other Mazda's from different dealerships, and decided to return to John Hines Mazda for one of the cars I test drove. Unfortunately, Tyler was busy with another customer (which was totally fine, it is his job :) ) so Arien stepped up to the plate. I ended up going from a $16k Mazda 3 to a $20k Mazda 3, but it was totally worth it. I love my 2012 Mazda 3 with all its bells and whistles. The only issue I have had with my Mazda is the GPS. I have had a few cases where it refuses the letters I need for the address, but other than that I love my car. Thanks Tyler and Arien! More

Found the car I wanted online. Took a test drive on a Saturday, a Cx-9 Grand Touring. Carl was very patient and friendly, knew a lot about the vehicle. Told me I would probably get $6000 for my trade in, Saturday, a Cx-9 Grand Touring. Carl was very patient and friendly, knew a lot about the vehicle. Told me I would probably get $6000 for my trade in, and that there was wiggle room on the price of the used Mazda. Went in again the next day, and was offered $5000 for my trade in vehicle, (Honda Odyssey 2004 with 104000 miles. They wouldn't even take an offer until they had checked out my trade in vehicle. Low blue book value of $6100) They just had to make their money on both sides of the deal. A different salesman, Andre, said there was no wiggle room on the price, since they had just lowered the prices recently. I offered $29,500 (asking price was $30,708) and the manager countered with $30,208. The usual car salesmanship of checking with the manager, making me wait, etc. I then found out after the sale that there was only one intelligent key, (replacement cost $405!) The finance lady, Genevieve, wasn't aware of their recent change in policy with respect to the way the Certified warranty goes into effect after the factory warranty expired. I almost walked out on the deal, until she checked with her manager and found out the facts. My advice to this dealer is to have a staff meeting once in a while and let your employees know what your policies are before you upset your customers. Also offer a fair trade-in value independent of the negotiation of the price of the purchased vehicle. Pretty much the typical stereotype car dealer experience. More
