The last time we went to HINE Mazda for service we had a very bad experience with a female service advisor and we decide not to come back to MAZDA Hine service center again, however, we went PEP Boys and a very bad experience with a female service advisor and we decide not to come back to MAZDA Hine service center again, however, we went PEP Boys and a Chevron garage to get the car fixed, but after a couple of failed attempts, the garage told us to take the car back to the dealer. Against our will, we came back to MAZDA and that's were we meet Mike Hill. We experience such a great service from Michael Hill at HINE Mazda. He was always on time, pleasant, courteous and professional. Even when some parts did not show up on time, Michael was always in communication and most important available. Michael offered us fair service solutions and realistic timing and schedules which let me and my wife plan ahead and get organized. To our surprise the partes arrived way ahead of time and Mike contacted me immediately to let me know. You can tell he is on top of his game, he has knowledge and he knows what he is doing. Thanks to our experience with Mike Hill, our perception of HINE Mazda changed 180º for the better. Now is all good, we feel comfortable and happy to take our car back to HINE Mazda. For better or for worse, It is impressive how one person actions can make people change their minds about something or somebody, and in this case, Mike change our minds about our impression with HINE Mazda for the better. Keep hiring people like Mike Hill! More

It has been 12 years since I purchased a car. I have a Honda civic/stick. Love the design of the Mazda 3's. Went elsewhere, test drove others japanese hybrid cars. I did lots of reseach on the internet, and communicated with dealers. this was not a marketing tool yrs. ago. So I came in on my own, impulsively , asked for Tyler, but Mike Watkins was in. Perfect! He was very nice, informative, and he zeroed in on what I wanted. Fortunatly you had something on the lot. I will send everyone I know to Mike Watkins of John Hine Mazda. My age group of customers usually, do research, and Mike had an answer to every question. On Sunday when my husband Dan Stampfli came to test drive, now the guys were talking engines ect... Mike knows the Mazda product. He won over the mechanic Dan. When I pay-off this car, I will come back to get a more fancy car, for our age. Right now a hatchback is what I need for my life style. We still haul things around, guitars, amps , bikes, ect. I got what I wanted and met some very nice people. Oh and the money lady was very informative (no pressure) too. I haven been with the John Hine service center since 2001 and have purchased my last two vehicles from their dealership. For the majority of that time my service writer has been Mary Jackson. Mary is knowl and have purchased my last two vehicles from their dealership. For the majority of that time my service writer has been Mary Jackson. Mary is knowledgeable and helpful and remembers her regular clients. When I call for an appointment she always recognizes me and does her very best to accomodate my schedule. I can truthfully say I have never been disappointed in the service received in the John Hine Service Center and particularly from my "friend" Mary. This is evidenced by the fact that I remained with my service writer even after John Hine was no longer a GM dealership. I hope to enjoy many more years with this service center. More
