Arien was very helpful in all aspects of buying a car. He's not like most salesmen which was a nice change from other dealerships visited prior to this one. Great experience! My partner and I visited John Hine Mazda well over a month ago for the first time - this is when we began working with Arien. During our first visit we simply wandered the lot as we were still considering a number of different brands, but were interested in seeing the CX-5 and Mazda 3 in person. We liked what we saw, left with some information, and promised we'd be back as we narrowed down our options. No hassles, no pressure to buy. We returned at least 2 more times in the following weeks - Arien recognized us each time and was there to help. We discussed add-ons, options, and test drove each model, then specifically test drove the exact trim we had narrowed our search down to. Again, each time we left there were no hassles or pressures to get us in a vehicle that day. When we were ready to buy (over a month after our first visit), Arien worked with our schedule to set up an appointment and kept in touch in the days leading up to it to see if we had any questions. We purchased our new CX-5 on 01/29 and the entire process was quite easy. We had secured our own financing, but the finance team was able to beat the APR by a few points with the same terms. Crystal walked us through most of the "legal" stuff - signing papers, collecting down payment - and was equally friendly. She had quite a bubbly personality and made us feel at ease. When all was said and done, Arien came to the car to do one last overview of the features our model offered, we set up the Bluetooth with my iPhone to demo that system, and away we went. As first time, new car buyers, we really couldn't have asked for better service. Thanks Arien! More
