I dropped my Nissan off to get collision repair done and not only was it done in a timely manner but the quality of work was better than previous repairs I've had done at Nissan. Aaron from the body shop ensured that I was happy with the work by not only walking me to my vehicle but doing an actual walk around pointing out the repairs and informing me of the life time warranty on the paint and workmanship. My 1st time ever at this dealer and I was very very happy with Peter Rost. He was very friendly , very knowledgeable and very helpful. But they change the price when they saw I had a much more offer from another car dealership .!! I guess they tried !! Also I was not happy with the customer service I got from accounting department . The lady wasn't very happy and friendly and I got the impression she was annoyed by my relevant questions abut the car and the payment ! . However , Peter was so nice so I would go back and would recommend HIM . Thank you More

I walked in a got exactly what I wanted I walked in on a friday. Brett met me in the lobby. I told him I wanted to purchase a Mazda 6 with white paint & white interior which he didn't curren I walked in on a friday. Brett met me in the lobby. I test drove a random Mazda 6 on the lot and I knew I wanted the car right after I drove it. I told him I'm definitely going to purchase one from him after I see what my credit union offers me. I came back 1 week later with my parents for a second opinion and he treated all of us very kindly and was patient with us and I had my father test drive one and he approved. But, I still insisted on a white/white car which he still did not have on the lot. He didn't stress about it, he had us wait in the lobby for a bit and found the exact one I wanted with a technology package included, which I was amused with. He had it brought down from LA the next day. He had it cleaned and filled with gas. I had the paperwork done and I was driving off with the exact car I wanted that day. I will definitely recommend to anyone I know who is interested in buying a Mazda to come here and see Brett because he made it happen for me without any problems or complaints. Couldn't be happier. More

After looking at several dealerships and having a less than awesome experience, we ran into Arien at John Hine and he was awesome. I have been a John Hine customer since 1999. I had always a wonderful service experience; Mike Hill and Nicole Brand worked with me for many years. On this particular visit I purchased a new Mazda CX5 always a wonderful service experience; Mike Hill and Nicole Brand worked with me for many years. On this particular visit I purchased a new Mazda CX5 (while trading in the Protege5 I have purchased from John Hine back in 2002). Dwayne Sanders and Tyler Kalevitch made this shopping experience outstanding. They were very patient, and explained to me and my wife all the features of the Mazda3, Mazda6 and Mazda CX5 series. They gave us a great price, and good financing terms. Genevieve was outstanding in finance! All was clearly laid out and we were out driving our new car within 2h! The whole process was very transparent and the whole process was hassle-free. This is the fourth car we are buying from John Hine (the third Mazda), and we will probably be back very soon (we have a teenage son that will soon want his own car...). We will definitely have all our service done at John Hine, for both our cars. More
