The commission structure at this dealership creates an incentive that is focused on finding the right car for the guest, no pressure, no hard sell. John and Arien were very patient with us and answered all our questions. We had to visit the dealership three times over the course of many weeks to settle in on the right car for us, but they made us feel at home. The Finance Manager, Crystal, was very knowledgeable and not pushy about add-ons at the end. We love working with up-front, no-nonsense people! This dealership made us feel very confident in our decision and even though we ended up with a Ford (we were shocked, too) we found it on their lot and were thrilled to do our business with John Hine. I wasn't expecting to be car shopping for a few years, but after my car was totaled it was necessary and I was dreading the process. I visited a bunch of dealerships and became more and more annoy years, but after my car was totaled it was necessary and I was dreading the process. I visited a bunch of dealerships and became more and more annoyed until I went to John Hine Mazda and dealt with Arien Porter. He was friendly and upbeat, and had my wife and I laughing on the test drive. He had all the answers to our questions, showed us features on the car we didn't know about, and wasn't pushy at all. We didn't even buy the car that day, but somehow left the dealership in a better mood than when we arrived because of our experience with Arien. A few days later we went back hoping that Arien was working, because if he wasn't we would have waited to buy from him--even if he was on vacation for a week.
