Even though other dealers offered to match their price or even a $100 better, we decided to go with John Hine because of his thoroughness. It wasn't our goal to pitch one dealer against another but to get the best price with the best service upfront and reward the dealer with the sale. We had previously read many customers reviews for many different dealerships and I understand no dealer can make everyone happy. Fortunately, our experience was great and I believe the reviews for this dealer are a great testimony for their customers experience. I would definitely consider our next car purchase through John Hine. More

I not only reviewed cars for best gas mileage but also dealerships. I was very happy with my experience at John Hine. I was already pre-approved through Navy Federal and requested a quote online. The quote I received was better than I was hoping to negotiate for, so once I picked up the check I went to get my car. Tyler was extremely welcoming and helpful in getting us situated with all of our paperwork. I was a little nervous when we were introduced to the finance representative but there was no pressure at all to use the dealerships loans. Genevieve was extremely welcoming and let us know what they could offer me and when I declined she moved right along into explaining the warranty to me. There were a lot of signatures but the entire process was very easy. As for my Mazda 6 touring, I love it. I average about 140 per day and this car is so much fun. Most of my driving is freeway driving so I'm averaging about 35 MPG. The backseat even fits my kids booster seat. Overall this was an excellent experience and I only wish I didn't wait 6 months. Our salesperson, Alex, was friendly, informative, and low pressure. In a very short amount of time and with 0 hassle, we had the keys to the exact car we wanted. My son was so impressed with the vehicle that he and his wife called on Alex a few days later, and now we have a great certified used Mazda 3 and a brand new shiny Mazda 3 in our driveway. My son's financial situation was quite different from ours, as he is only 23 and just building his credit, but somehow John Hine Mazda worked their magic on a trade in and gave him an excellent deal on the new car. I was fortunate to be helped by Arien as this was my first car buying exp I recently purchased a certified pre-owned Mazda CX-5 from john Hine Mazda. I was fortunate to be helped by Arien as this was my first car buying experience (he doesn't know that) and I was quite on the defense as I didn't want to be pressured into a sale, fed misinformation, or given a bad deal. Arien was AWESOME! Friendly from the start, very knowledgeable about the car, and Mazda in general- and whenever I asked him a question never did I feel that he was bending the information in order to secure a sale. When it came down to the sale, it was never a tug-of-war in order to get me the price I wanted. He respected the budget I wanted to manage and did what he could to make me a satisfied customer which was probably difficult to do on his end because my credit score was a hinderance. I worked with Crystal to do the financing through Mazda and she was just as much as a pleasure to work with. She did not pressure me into anything I did not need, and she was able to work the numbers to get me features that I wanted but stay within my budget. She was friendly and very knowledgeable as well. I feel very secure about my purchase, loving my new car, and I have Arien to thank for making my first car buying experience so great!
