For my service visit, he explained everything from top to bottom - what the inspection entailed, how the tech video works and explains professional. The whole process was pretty seamless. Even though the work I needed done could not be done within the day, I was conveniently offered and issued a loaner vehicle - which was a big help. Looking forward to having my Mazda CX3 serviced here again in the future. More
