Great car buying experience! After much research, I purchased a 2016 Mazda CX5 Sport SUV over the Memorial day weekend. This was my second visit to John Hine. On my first visit, After much research, I purchased a 2016 Mazda CX5 Sport SUV over the Memorial day weekend. This was my second visit to John Hine. On my first visit, after I test drove a used 2015 CX5, I decided not to buy at the time. When I called back the next few days to inquire about the car, it was sold already! On my second try, Michael Watkins, the Internet Sales Manager, made our car buying experience a pleasure. There was never any pressure and that's a big plus for us after our last car purchase with another dealer. Michael knows a lot about his product and took the time to explain the various purchase options. Plus we enjoyed talking to him too! I got the car I wanted at the right price, and that was of utmost importance to my husband and me. I would recommend John Hine Mazda in a heartbeat. We went there on my friend's recommendation and she was correct. Everyone on staff is very professional and friendly. The service was prompt, efficient, and personable. Ms. Tina Alo was extremely thorough, making sure that I understood everything that was done to my car, as well as prices. During this visit I also spoke with Lucas from the collision center, who explained my collision estimate and provided helpful information in a courteous manner. While waiting in the customer lobby I was glad to notice that they have water available, comfortable seating, wifi, and a television. The premises are also well maintained. More
