I was a bit apprehensive working with a new service representative since I had worked so long with Mike, but my apprehensions have flown the coop. Tyler was very responsive to my email questions, plus he practiced total transparency on providing me with all the information I requested. He was also extremely flexible when we wanted some last minute changes to the exterior color and options. All this plus a great bottom line price for the purchase. More

Looked at the Subaru Forrester, Rogue, CRV, and CX5, all highly rated by consumer reports. Rogue, ( I was in the market looking for a CX5 for my wife. Looked at the Subaru Forrester, Rogue, CRV, and CX5, all highly rated by consumer reports. Rogue, (noisy engine when accelerating), Subaru(tiny, tiny backup camera), So this left the CRV and CX5, both with direct injection engines. At this point whoever gave us the best deal would get extra points in the decision process. Westcott Mazda, forget it, only $500 off for the Grand Touring. Didn't like the salesman either. Somewhat rude and stuck-up. Won't mention his name. Didn't mention any of the Mazda incentives I was eligible for. I knew that ultimately I would buy from Steven Camacho of John Hind Mazda as he had sold my daughter a Mazda 6 and gave her a great deal and good $ for her trade in. All I can say is we received a fabulous deal and a great SUV and my wife is very happy. And as for Steven Camacho he is down to earth, honest, treats you like family. Seems to be interested in moving lots of cars and building John Hind Mazda into the highest volume dealership in California. Not interested in gouging anybody. Sort of the Costco philosophy, high volume, repeat customers and lower profit margins. More
