Best "First Car Buying" Experience It was time to make a "big girl purchase". Since it was my first time buying a car I was filled with excitement and nervousness. I shopped around at a few dealerships to see what kind of car I liked. My family has been a Honda/Toyota fan so naturally I went there first. I had some positive and negative experiences. At one of the Honda dealerships immediately after testing driving the HRV the dealer explicitly asked "Ready to buy". Again on multiple occasions the dealer asked if I wanted to buy, talk about pressure! Fortunately I decided not too. I went to a Toyota dealership and was contemplating the RAV4 and even though I asked for a few minutes to discuss it with my boyfriend the dealer would periodically come check on us, another pressure feeling I did not want. After going to multiple Honda and Toyota dealerships I decided to check out the Mazda SUVs. My boyfriend greatly helped me in my car search and reached out to multiple Mazda dealerships including Orange County, San Diego, and Riverside online. He worked with Steven and Tyler and was able to get the best price with them. He had such a positive experience with them and loved working with internet sales. By the time I went to the dealer to check out the car, a price was already negotiated. Talk about ease! Not once did Steven pressure me into buying the car. If anything he was extremely patient! He sat through hours of my indecisiveness and my multiple phone calls with my insurance and family member. I absolutely loved how Steven respected my space and was so helpful at the right times. After signing the contract and everything he took the time to sit with me in the new car to show me all the basics. He genuinely loves what he does and I left having the best "First Car Buying" experience. I honestly could not have asked for a better person to work with. Finally a Friendly Professional Dealership We called regarding an advertised car . The internet sales manager confirmed that the car was available. We set an appointment and Steve told us that they hold the cars while you are traveling to see them. As we had a 3 hour drive to get there this was much appreciated. On arrival the car was prominently displayed and ready to show. There were no surprises regarding the cars condition. It was beautiful. Steve was very knowledgeable about the car and its features. We took a test drive. Steve presented the total cost of the car . We presented our offer and the deal was done. We had a short trip to the Finance Manager who offered an extended warranty. There was no hard sell at any point. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional. It was worth the long drive to have such a great experience. We asked to pick the car up the next day. It was detailed and ready to go. I highly recommend John Hine Mazda. More

I made sure to tell him exactly what I wanted, I was direct and short and instead of just saying "OK" and showing me cars, he took more interest and talked to me about all the details. He talked to me about price range and affordable payments. He showed genuine interest and was very very patient with me. I didn't feel rushed or felt like I was being "sold" to we had a friendly conversation, Rufael made every effort to make me comfortable. One the test drive he encouraged me to get a good feel for the car and asked if I was ready to go and sign papers or if I wanted to look at more cars. Once inside the manager came over and introduced himself, we discussed again what I wanted, the manager was also EXTREMELY KIND and made every effort to show me that he too wanted to help me out. Overall I loved my experience!! I am a stubborn person and can have an abrasive personality, but both gentlemen were MORE than patient with me and I greatly appreciate their kindness!!
