Great internet sales department I first contacted John Hine Mazda through it's website and click on the car I was interested in test driving. The internet sales manager asked specific questions to clarify my needs and provided information quickly. It was easy to set up an appointment and although the manager wasn't available on the day I could come to the dealership, he assigned another sales person who turned out to be fabulous. There was no pressure and I was able to test drive several vehicles to help me make my decision. My sales rep, Andre was friendly and full of great information about the vehicles that interested me. He was honest and really helped me make my final decision to purchase a 2016 CX-5. He also had a great sense of humor and could keep me laughing through the stress of decision making. More

Service Lifesaver I leased my Mazda 6 from John Hine last year and purchased the Easy Care warranty, which covers tire damage, among other things. I live in San Diego b I leased my Mazda 6 from John Hine last year and purchased the Easy Care warranty, which covers tire damage, among other things. I live in San Diego but work in San Marcos. 1/2 mile from work, I get a flat. Mazda Roadside was quick to come change it, but I didn't feel comfortable driving all the way back to San Diego on the donut to get the tire replaced. So, I went to a closer Mazda dealer (to remain unnamed). I told them the deal, even about the Easy Care. They said it'd take about an hour. No problem. Over two hours later, I had to ask the service receptionist if I could talk to someone about the status of my car. I got the news that it could not be repaired, but had to be replaced and they would get the price and let me know. I reiterated that I had the Easy Care coverage and they acted like they didn't know what that was, because I hadn't purchased my car at their dealership. I had to do the leg work to get the phone number so they could call and verify coverage, etc. It took so long that Easy Care had closed 5 minutes before they called. Rather than pay $300 for a new tire, they confirmed that I could travel to San Diego on the spare. I called John Hine and they said they could help me out that day (at this point, it was 4:30 pm). I tentatively drove the 35 highway miles to get to John Hine a little after 5. Robert Toole met me at my car, helped me very quickly and told me that even though Easy Care was closed, he knew that they covered replacement tires. Less than 45 minutes later, I had my car, with a brand new tire, ready to go. No charge. No hassle. He was so friendly and helpful, it was a great experience! I will always choose John Hine to service my Mazda! More
