He was very respectful and was more than willing to help me out with my purchase. I went in, having already gotten a quote from another dealer, and Michael was able to quickly get that price beat. He never came off as rude or pushy as some other salesmen I have dealt with are. This whole process was straight forward and there were no attempts at any sort of deceptive tactics other dealers may use. I went in with a price in mind and Michael made it happen, I would highly recommend this dealership and Michael in particular. If all salesmen were like Michael no one would have to stress about going into a dealership and getting overwhelmed. Thanks again Michael! More

2nd class buyer First let me say, our salesman was very nice and very polite however, the experience was not very pleasing. I have bought quite a few new cars and eve First let me say, our salesman was very nice and very polite however, the experience was not very pleasing. I have bought quite a few new cars and every time, I have had the salesman stay with me thru the whole process from begin to end and made me feel like I was the only customer in the place. I dont know the sales procedure there at Hine but we felt pretty 2nd class. It seemed like our sales man was all over the place and helping other customers while we sat in his office and would pop in to give us any updates from the sales manager. The way I see it, when your about to invest twenty six plus thousand dollars on a car you deserve there full attention, in fact there was a discrepancy on our payment when we finally got to finance, I feel because the salesman was allowed to help other customers while working our deal. Personally I love the car we got but I will never buy another Car at John Hine Mazda ever again the buying experience was horrible to say the least. When our car was finally ready he helped us pair our phones and asked if we had any questions. Well I believe we should have had a full run down of the car, I mean, Im still trying to figure out all the features of the car on line and by playing with it and learning on my own. I dont blame the salesman for this, I blame the dealership 100% Just because this should have not been allowed to happen. Love our CX-5, Mazda makes a great product Im considering getting one for myself as this one was for my wife but, will be seeing a different Mazda dealership next time More

I visited a couple of local dealers and test drove the 2016 Mazda CX-5 The last car I bought was 15 years ago, and what a difference in experience. I visited a couple of local dealers and test drove the 2016 Mazda CX-5 (Grand Touring, FWD) and decided it was the car I wanted. I negotiated via telephone and email and was able to negotiate a lower price (pro tip: don't negotiate at the dealership, you could spend hours doing this and not get the best price), about $2500 off of MSRP. I couldn't seem to get anyone locally to budge much lower. I did buy on the last day of October, which I think incentivized their discounting. I was also able to get an extended warranty close to their cost. Tyler was my salesperson and was really great to work with. He showed me a lot of the tech in the car (and there is a lot), and took the time to ensure everything was ready when I arrived to make my purchase. Total time spent on the day of purchase was 90 minutes -- probably would've been quicker if Keith (sales manager) wasn't already assisting someone else with their purchase when I arrived. Biggest plus at this dealership was no hard sell on the dealer add-ons. I did want the extended warranty, but none of the other stuff (dealer installed alarm, paint protectant, etc). Overall, a very positive experience, and I'm happy with the CX-5. More

It is a scary situaron, buying a new car but I am very happy with the service I received. I am no longer a Toyota customer. I have been converted, I am now a Mazda customer and fan. Enjoyable experience purchasing Mazda CX-5 from John Hine. After doing some research, I decided to purchase a CX-5 Sport with manual transmission. I wanted the meteor gray color, so Steve Camacho gave me Inte After doing some research, I decided to purchase a CX-5 Sport with manual transmission. I wanted the meteor gray color, so Steve Camacho gave me Internet pricing on some cars. I came into the dealership and met Brett Dooley, who showed me the black CX-5 Sport that was in their lot. We took it for a test drive and I was impressed. Brett went over all of the features of the CX-5 and I was sold. I asked him to find a CX-5 in meteor gray, and he had one delivered to the lot on the next day. I purchased roof rack rails and he had them installed before I took delivery of the car. Brett spent time working with me and really made the purchase experience enjoyable. I recommend John Hine to anyone purchasing a Mazda, and I would suggest that they ask for Brett. More
