Greatest Buying Experience Possible We went to John Hine because we were getting rid of my truck and wanted to get a new vehicle for me and we were considering also trading in my wife's We went to John Hine because we were getting rid of my truck and wanted to get a new vehicle for me and we were considering also trading in my wife's 2009 Mazda 3 and potentially getting her a car as well. From the moment we stepped on the lot the unique John Hine experience was evident. Steve Camacho greeted us, sat down and asked what we were looking for and what we wanted. We went out to the lot he told us about all the different vehicles available and did an amazing job of going over all the features each model of every car had. He helped me choose the Mazda CX-5 for myself and then we went and looked at options for my wife. Now my wife has always wanted a sports car. For this reason we went to his office where he ran the numbers for several trims for my CX-5 to see where we were in regards to our planned price point. We looked at the MX-5 Miata but ultimately decided that it was not the best fit for us, Steve suggested the Mazda 3 sport with tons of upgrades, which we test drove and loved. I wanted my wife to be 100% happy with her car choice so we actually drove to a local ford dealership so she could test drive a 2016 Mustang. After looking at prices and considering the test drives we knew that the Mazda 3 sport with all the features and upgrades was the clear winner. We headed back to John Hine, traded in our Mazda 3 (which my wife bought at this same dealer years before) and we ended up leasing a 20016 CX-5 for me and a 2016 Mazda 3 Sport with all the bells and whistles for my wife. Steven was patient, straight forward, told us about all incentive programs we qualified for and got us two amazing cars that we love and he did it in our price point. This buying experience is the best I've ever had, Steve answered all our questions, he printed like 8 different price break downs so we could compare and add every feature we wanted that we could while staying on budget. He set up all our documents and manuals and our awesome new keys before he introduced us to Genevieve for the financing. We added the security system and their new Cilajet Protection for our paint jobs. Genevieve broke down all the possible upgrades and got us exactly what we wanted without pressure or confusion. One of my favorite things is that after we got everything signed and taken care of we went out to the car and Steve walked us through all the cool tech and features in our car. If that were not enough he said "if you have anything come up or if there is something you cant figure out, call me, my relationship to the customer does not end here." He made it clear that he was going to be available for the life of our car which I truly respect and appreciate. The quality of the deal the attention to customer service and the quality of professionalism displayed by the staff, particularly Steve Camacho has earned us as a lifelong loyal customer. I look forward to going to John Hine, and Steve Camacho for all our future car needs, and we will definitely be sending our friends in the market for a new car to Steve. More

I did most of the communication online with Alex before we went in to buy the car and he was extremely responsive and answered every single question I had thoroughly and quickly. He was easy to work with and very knowledgeable. He got us a terrific price on the exact car we wanted and made sure it was ready to go when we arrived. He made the paperwork process as smooth as possible and was very friendly and easy going which made the whole experience so calm and effortless. He even made sure that our car had a full tank of gas before we left the lot, which my dealer had not even done when I bought a brand new Ford! We will happily refer all our friends and family to Alex when they are ready to make a purchase and we will definitely call him if we ever buy another Mazda (and that is very likely!)
