I brought my parents with me the next day to buy "the car." I brought my old car in for trade in and they offered exactly what I was expecting. That same day he showed me another option: a newer year, cheaper, model. We were sold. It was the easiest, least stressful car buying experience I have ever had. Not only that, Brad personally texted me multiple times asking me how things were and if i needed anything. Great customer service because it was personal. He even texted me a few weeks later letting me know he found me a an extra key (Instead of paying $300) because my car was technically "used" even though it was 2016.
