My experience with Andre and John Hine Mazda was the exact opposite. Andre was very professional, fair and efficient with the purchase process. We were able to quickly negotiate a price while driving over to the dealership, so all we had to do was take a quick drive and sign the papers once we got there. Which he did at the lowest price in town. I went down a week later for a 20 minute test drive with Alex, who answered every question I had. No pressure, no hard sale. I decided not to buy that day. I waited a few weeks and sent a follow up email asking if the quote was still good (couldn't get that 6 off my mind). Tyler got back to me immediately with an updated, lower quote that factored in even more savings available in the new month. Went down again for my second test drive and without reservations made the purchase. All in all, the best car buying experience I have ever had thanks to the guys at John Hine Mazda San Diego. More

We test drove and gave Michael our vehicle requirements on Sunday. He was in constant contact with us Sunday evening and Monday morning about the perfect vehicle he found that met all of our want list requirements. Michael was a great salesman and went above and beyond to find us our CX-5. His approach to customers isn't off putting like other car salesman that we had encountered when purchasing a vehicle in the past. Michael took his time and listened to our specific requests and he was never pushy or distracted during our time with him. If Michael was uncertain as to an answer to any of our questions, he sought out his manager and colleagues for assistance in finding out the correct and truthful answers. Michael is one of the most personable salespeople that we have ever done business with and we intend to do business with him in the future. I gave our car buying experience 4-stars because there was some issue with having to wait awhile for our paperwork to be processed, even though we had our own financing and an electronic check in hand ready to buy the car. Michael was finally successful in getting our paperwork completed in a timely manner since we had already been at the dealership nearly 2 hours just to purchase this vehicle. I would recommend my friends to visit with Michael and see if he could help them find the exact car that they are looking for in the future! More

I immediately got a response from Michael Watkins, a salesman, asking me what exactly I was looking to purchase and what my situations was. I scheduled an appointment with Michael for the following weekend. Michael was very clear as to what my options were with my budget. He explained everything and did not at all try to scam me or talk me into something that I was not comfortable with. He understood my financial situation and really listened to my concerns. He worked hard to get me a great deal on an awesome car. I bought a 2016 Mazda3 and I couldn't be happier with my decision. He even took the time to go over, all of the different settings and the Bluetooth system in my car .
