Great experience with my first time buying a new car. First I started out through their website and Steve first contacted me by e-mail to grab some specifics on what I was looking for and later called me First I started out through their website and Steve first contacted me by e-mail to grab some specifics on what I was looking for and later called me to fine tune things as my first choice in color wasn't available in a Mazda3 Touring manual atm. He was very professional in both cases and was able to give me a great quote. From there Steve set me up with an appointment to me with Andre on July 4th to check out and test drive a car. Andre was very nice and pleasant to deal with. He answered any questions I had and explained about a couple nice features the car had that I wasn't aware of. Andre gave me a great deal on a Mazda3 Grand Touring since I had expressed how I originally wanted a deep crystal blue that wasn't available in the Touring but he had one in Grand Touring. It was a little more but with the deal he had worked out wasn't much more than I had planned on since I was doing to add on some of the features the Grand Touring had anyways but gained since couple nice extras that wouldn't have been available without stepping up. From there Peter took over and helped me take care of my financing through CalCoast, which I wasn't even aware I'd be able to do there especially since it was a holiday. He was able to explain all the paperwork very clearly and guided me through the whole process promptly so I could enjoy the rest of the 4th. All in all, I had an exceptional experience with all 3 gentlemen that help me and would gladly recommend John Hine to any of my friends and family. More

My first car buy was a very pleasant and nice. I worked with Tyler and Genevieve in buying my new 2016 Mazda 3 at a good price. He is a fun guy to deal with and very open to talk to. He was not trying to over sell stuff but was quick to the point but also pleasant to deal with. Andre Mullen is an exceptional, outstanding employee As Internet sales manager, Andre was the point man to contact my daughter about her inquiry into a new Mazda 3. Andre immediately found the exact match and contacted her, letting her decide if to test drive or not, and making himself available for any follow-up questions, appointments, etc. I called him and am really impressed with his professional, friendly customer service; letting me know he would stay later in the evening so I could bring my daughter after work. I didn't tell him I've been in customer service for over thirty years! He expedited the sale as much as possible, making it the most pleasant buying experience of a car ever! I worked with Tyler Kalevitch (Internet Sales Manager) and he found the perfect CX-5 to fit my budget. He made the entire transaction/process so effortless and stress-free, plus he's just an all-around nice guy. It's only been a few days, but when you make excuses to run to the store for something just so you can drive, you know you've found a car that's a keeper.
